Bio-logic Systems Corp., headquartered in Mundelein, IL, a northern suburb of Chicago, was founded in 1979. Natus Medical Incorporated acquired Bio-logic in January 2006 and continues to design, manufacture and distribute an integrated family of hearing screening & diagnostics, neurodiagnostic and sleep diagnostic systems and supplies under the Bio-logic brand.
Natus, the leader in the hearing assessment market with the Bio-logic brand of products, offers integrated solutions for hearing screening and diagnostics. Nurses, audiologists, otolaryngologists and trained technicians use our systems for objective screening and diagnosis of hearing loss. We incorporate the latest technology and techniques including Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE) - recording and analyzing echoes generated by the inner ear in response to acoustic stimulation, and Auditory Brainstem Response (ABR) - recording and analyzing electrical brain activity in response to acoustic stimulation.
All Bio-logic brand systems are modular and can be upgraded easily with proprietary software additions to serve as a cost effective single solution for all screening and diagnostic needs.
